What’s in it for you? Once you sign up with me, our goal is to create a blueprint for your next career step.

That’s what the whole programme is about and that’s what you’ll take away from our sessions.

But as well as that, you’ll also get these benefits:

checkboxA
structured approach with practical, creative exercises to do between our calls, designed to make you think… a lot!

checkbox
Objectivity – because I’m not your partner, your parent, your colleague, your friends, your sibling, I can listen to you without any preconceived assumptions getting in the way.

checkbox
Every session tailored to you & your needs. In fact we start our sessions with an intensive 2 hour session in which we design how we want to work together.

checkbox
Challenging, provocative and honest feedback. The process is also fun and enjoyable. I wouldn’t be doing my job though if I didn’t ask a client to question themselves more closely. And actually this often what a client gets most value from.

checkboxA healthy dose of
commonsense and humour along the way.

It’s also:
checkbox
Fun, easy and effective
checkbox
Not therapy or counselling
checkbox
Affordable and short term

So what’s in it for you? A lot. But before you’re ‘sold’, you’ve probably got a few questions that come to mind about career coaching.

Here are a few answers that might help you take the next step. And remember, it’s a step that could mark the start of a whole new phase of your life.

Is career coaching really for me?
If you want to make changes in your career, become more fulfilled, try something completely different or just improve your performance then yes, coaching is for you.

Is coaching like counselling?
There's some overlap in terms of technique but coaching focuses on the present and the future rather than resolving past difficulties. It also concentrates on action rather than emotion. That said, coaching tends to make clients feel great - but that’s a bonus rather than the main goal.

Why should I choose Cat Dean?
You might not end up choosing me at all - I recommend that you talk to two or three different coaches before deciding who’s best for you. But remember, I offer a free trial session, so you can get a taster of my coaching programme with no obligation. And you can also find out more about my qualifications in the About Cat section of this site.

How can I find out more?
Easy. You can find out more about how my programme works in my FREE brochure. Or you can email me with any specific questions. And remember, you can sign up for a free trial session to get a taster of my programme with no obligation.
You can also sign up for my FREE e-zine to stay up-to-date with Cat Dean Career Coaching and be inspired about how to get more from your career.

What happens if we start the programme but I then feel its not right for me?
Not a problem. If you aren't getting huge value out of our sessions, we'll both know about it! You can cancel our agreement at any time; just give me one week's notice and I'll refund you the balance. Any queries about this? Just ask.
